We have our own die shop, which allows for greater agility and cost-effective mold production. We also offer the possibility of reducing tooling investment by opting for our mold base system, making polymer part production feasible even in smaller batches.
Our Engineering team also works with our customers to study and propose improvements to their parts, aiming to reduce production costs, improve resistance and other desirable characteristics.
To improve quality and lower costs, we have different injection molding machines with their own characteristics, all of which have an integrated feeder and dryer system, also ensuring greater homogeneity of the parts produced.
